• Dr Wong received her medical degree from the University of Manchester in the UK. She completed her postgraduate training in internal medicine in various hospitals in the North-West region of England.
• She continued her training at the National University Hospital (NUH), obtaining her specialist qualification in medical oncology from the Ministry of Health of Singapore.
• Prior to joining Parkway Cancer Centre, she held the position of consultant medical oncologist at NUH.
• Dr Wong has been actively involved in clinical trials, especially Phase I trials exploring novel therapy for cancer patients. She has presented and published her work in peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of Clinical Oncology, the official journal of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).
