• Keahlian khusus pada Coronary angiography, Pharmacological stress testing, Procedural sedation, Stress echocardiography, Transoesophageal 2D echocardiography, coronary artery disease, hypertension, arrhythmia, valvular heart disease, dyslipidemia and adult congenital heart disease.
• Dr Lim Tiong Keng graduated from the University of London in 1998 and obtained his postgraduate doctoral degree through his cardiac research work at the London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust.
• Dr Lim is triple-accredited in transthoracic, transoesophageal echocardiography (awarded by the British Society of Echocardiography in 2007 and 2012 respectively) and transthoracic echocardiography (by the European Association of Echocardiography in 2009). He also achieved Level 3 accreditation in cardiac MRI set by the Society of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance.
• He is experienced in various cardiac imaging with particular emphasis on advanced echocardiography and cardiac MRI with full range of studies undertaken including cardiomyopathy, stress cardiac MRI (Adenosine), viability assessment, quantification of ventricular function and valvular disease.
• He is a visiting consultant at the National Heart Centre Singapore.
• He was formerly an adjunct associate professor at the Duke-NUS Medical School, a clinical senior lecturer at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS, and a core clinical faculty member of the SingHealth Cardiology Senior Residency Program.
• Dr Lim is a reviewer for several peer-reviewed international journals. He was also appointed as a grader for the echocardiography accreditation under the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging since 2014 and a grader for the abstract submission for one of the world’s largest cardiology scientific meetings organised by the European Society of Cardiology.
• Dr Lim has presented both locally and internationally, and published more than 30 peer-reviewed medical scientific papers in cardiology journals such as the Circulation, Journal of American College Cardiology, European Heart Journal, American Journal of Cardiology, and Journal of the American Society of Echocardiography.
