  • Dr Liew Woei Kang is a paediatrician practising at Gleneagles Hospital, Singapore.

  • Dr Liew is passionate about medical education and has won SingHealth’s Outstanding Young Teacher’s Award in 2007 and the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine’s Dean’s Award for Teaching Excellence in 2010.
  • He was also awarded the Excellent Service award in 2007 and Service with a Heart Award in 2010.
  • He continues to play an active in his speciality and is the current president of the College of Paediatrics and Child Health Singapore at the Academy of Medicine, Singapore.
  • He is also the workgroup chair for Registry and Research for the Asia Pacific Society for Primary Immunodeficiency, and the immediate past president of the Asthma & Allergy Association in Singapore.
