• Dr Jarrod Lee graduated in 1998 and completed Internal Medicine training in 2004. In 2009, he was accredited as a specialist in gastroenterology. In 2010, he was invited to set up a gastroenterology service for the newly opened Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. He established the Division of Gastroenterology and the Endoscopy Centre for the hospital, serving as the clinical lead and chairman for the respective units before leaving for private practice in 2013.
• Dr Lee is a previous winner of the prestigious American Society Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE) Audiovisual Award, which recognises outstanding educational productions related to gastrointestinal endoscopy techniques.
• Dr Lee lectures extensively both locally and regionally. He is a reviewer for several endoscopy journals in the world and provides consultation for major companies in the endoscopy industry. He is also a frequent guest speaker and writer to the primary healthcare community, partnering with family physicians to improve digestive health in the community.
• Dr Lee continues to support the public sector as a visiting consultant endoscopist, where he performs advanced procedures for complex cases and trains the next generation of endoscopists.
